Dr Heather Anson
Dr Heather Anson, from Digital Law UK. She is a qualified US attorney, and have extensive experience in multiple jurisdictions and areas of law. Dr Anson has spoken through ELSA programs before including most recently for ELSA Trieste in Italy. She will focus on the growing governmental surveillance, as she and her organisation have reviewed the recently-enacted the Investigatory Powers Act 2016.
Dr Paolo Vargiu
Dr Vargiu, lecturer from Law School, the University of Leicester. Paolo Vargiu is a qualified attorney and registered member of the Italian Bar. He regularly advises clients on matters of international investment law, international arbitration, public international law and intellectual property law. He will talk about the ownership of copyright in the social media era, from a corporate perspective.
